Course Description:

There is a myriad of “tools” available to perform retreatment; some useful, some not so much, some very expensive. This presentation will focus on the tools and key concepts of retreatment that will allow you to grow and maximize your ability to retreat complex endodontic cases. At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to diagnose more effectively, develop sophisticated treatment plans, use specific tools to achieve superior clinical results and avoid buying countless unnecessary gadgets.

At the conclusion, participants should be able to: 

  • Describe how to develop a logical, step-by-step approach to complex retreatment cases.
  • Use the CBCT, constant magnification and ultrasonics to enhance your diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Explain a treatment approach that reduces the uncertainty inherent in retreatment.
