This session will describe research-driven marketing strategies for the endodontic practice, using the AAE's data on referral dynamics and the Professional Outreach Toolkit.    

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Describe four steps to practice marketing success.
  • List six best practices for a comprehensive endodontic practice marketing plan.
  • Discuss how resources available from the AAE can be applied to a targeted practice marketing program

Harriet M. Bogdanowicz, M.B.A., CAE

Harriet Bogdanowicz has been with the AAE since 2001, and currently heads the AAE Communications and Membership departments as the Assistant Executive Director for Communications. She oversees the Association’s communications, PR and marketing activities, as well as membership services and benefits administration. She serves as a staff liaison to a number of AAE committees, and has played a crucial role in the development of AAE’s practice promotion resources. She holds an M.B.A. in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University, and obtained her nonprofit management certification from the American Society of Association Executives in 2009. Harriet is an active volunteer in the Chicago chapter of the American Society of Association Executives, has authored several articles on nonprofit management topics, and has prior experience with medical accreditation and small medical group practices.
