4 (5 votes)

CE Hours: 1.5 CE hour

Resorption is a lesion difficult to treat, and most of the time the outcome is unpredictable. A brief review of what has worked and what has not worked in the past and clinical management of resorptive defects at various levels of the root surface: coronal, cervical and mid-root will be presented.

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Compute which Resorptions are "treatable and not treatable".
  • Distinguish different treatment modalities based on the location of the Resorption.
  • Describe tissue management on surgical and non surgical treatment.
