Description: The Foundation inspires and supports research and the genesis of new knowledge in endodontics. Through the AAEF Research Grant Program, endodontic residents, dental school faculty researchers and clinicians, have been able to perform numerous studies that have contributed to improved knowledge in the field and ultimately translated findings to better patient care.

The purpose of this webinar is to demystify the process of AAEF research grant submission. Members of the Research and Scientific Affairs Committee will present an overview of the grant submission process, including research priorities, specifics of grant preparation, review criteria, budget development, critical documentation, as well as common questions that grant applicants may have.

At the conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the grant application process
  • Develop a grant budget
  • Define each component of the grant proposal
