Description: The majority of endodontic residencies do not prepare us for the business of dentistry, let alone understanding the best way to begin our own endodontic practice. In this presentation you will learn the step by step approach a starting your own practice whether it is purchasing an existing practice or starting from the ground floor up. We will discuss everything from getting the loan, finding a location, setting up the office, hiring the right team, understanding the systems to include scheduling and marketing to include the timeline that it takes for this process.

Albert C. Goerig, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Albert “Ace” Goerig graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental School in 1971. He retired from the Army Dental Corps in 1991 and has been in private practice for 33 years in Olympia, Washington. He is a diplomat of the American Board of endodontics and has written numerous scientific articles on endodontics and has contributed to 3 endodontic textbooks. He co-founded Endo Mastery, a coaching program for endodontists in 1996.
