CE Hours: 0.75

Description: In case you haven’t noticed, we are in the middle of a transformational moment in human history.  We are at the knee of the curve of exponential change.  Endodontics is not immune to this change.  The marquis endodontic skills of today’s generation and tomorrow’s endodontist could face extinction or certainly change due to AI, robotics, regeneration, and genetic engineering.  Are you ready?  John West will teach three guidelines of the successful 21st century endodontist regardless of the coming changes.  Guideline #1: How to foster a culture of team dynamics that represents them, their vision, and their core values.  Guideline #2: Design Quality Control through measuring revelatory and evolving mastery level skills, and Guideline #3: Engage in Interdisciplinary collaboration. The prepared endodontist will learn and adapt in these changing times and has the opportunity be a leader in the increasing patient “demand curve."

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the relationship between team alignment and your value-based vision statement for your preferred future.
  • Evaluate Quality Control by measuring the performance of their Cleaning, Shaping, and 3-D obturation. Participants will discover how the best education in the world is their own.
  • Explain the role of Interdisciplinary Dentistry as a key ingredient of what sets you apart in the endodontic community and reciprocates by growing your practice busyness and reputation.
