Daryl Dudum leverages his expertise as an endodontist in his role as Co-CEO of Specialty1 Partners, the largest and most respected dental surgical specialty organization. Daryl is one of the co-founders of Endo1 Partners, created in 2019 to provide endodontist practices with the business support they need to successfully grow their practice and optimize the patient experience. Based on the success of Endo1 Partners, Daryl and his co-founders evolved the company into Specialty1 Partners, offering dental specialty business support to endodontic, oral surgery and periodontal practices. Under Dr. Dudum’s leadership, Specialty1 now serves more than 350 specialists across its 200+ locations in 27 states. The company has received numerous awards, most notably being recognized in the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies multiple times as well as being named the fastest growing Dental Company of 2022.

Dr. Dudum received his BA in Economics from UCLA, Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of the Pacific Dental School, and his Certificate in Endodontics from Boston University Dental School.

Dr. Rishwain is a post-graduate of the Boston University School of Dental Medicine, and a graduate of both the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and the University of California at Irvine. He is a member of many professional organizations including the Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society. He is also an active participant in the Boston University Endodontic Alumni Association. He has maintained a successful private practice in endodontics in Marin County, California since 1998.

With over 12 years of dental operations experience, and an additional 13 years of executive management experience in other industries, Silvestre leads the operations team. Silvestre’s career in dentistry has focused on the acquisition, integration and ongoing management of national, multi-specialty and start-up dental management groups. Silvestre believes in working collaboratively with the Doctor owners and their team members to identify their needs and put together solutions that make it easier for them to focus on providing the best patient experience. His experience allows him to provide our affiliated teams the best practices, coaching and advice they need to fulfill their goals. 

Meir has spent 8 years in the healthcare services industry, predominantly in dentistry.  As the Chief Development Officer, Meir is responsible for working with endodontist around the country structuring partnerships as well overseeing the diligence process until the partnership is finalized.  Prior to working with Endo1 Partners, Meir Co-founded a general dentistry focused DSO called Guardian Dentistry. Meir enjoys cultivating relationships with the doctors around the country; he believes that an honest and transparent relationship is the key to a long-term partnership. 

Dr. Craig Hoffmann graduated summa cum laude from University of Michigan Dental School in 1993. He practiced general dentistry for 10 years in Michigan before receiving post-graduate endodontic training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry’s Stowers-Johnson Endodontic Department. Dr. Hoffmann has presented research at both the American Association of Endodontists and Midwest Dental Conferences. He is an active member of the American Academy of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, Wichita District Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry and The Dentist Entrepreneur Organization.

Dr. Rowshan Ahani lives and works in the San Francisco Bay area.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis.  Then, after working at Genentech for a few years, he attended UCLA School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While at UCLA, he found Endodontics to be the most fascinating and challenging specialty.  After graduating from UCLA, he attended the State University of Buffalo at New York, where he received his Certification in Endodontics as well as a Master of Science Degree. 

Dr. Mark Haddad graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy. He practiced general dentistry for three years before pursuing specialty training at Boston University. He is grateful for the opportunity to study at Boston University, a reputable endodontics school, under Dr. Jeffrey Hutter— the Dean of Boston University and a leading figure in the dental community.  Mark enjoys dentistry for the elements it combines: artistry, the opportunity to create something with your hands, and to work with and help people. The biggest challenge he has is calming the patient. “Many times, people have a preconceived idea of how it’s going to be, and my job is to persuade them that it’s not what they expect. Every time, people walk out surprised at how easy it was,” he says.

Dr. Matthew Haddad completed his Endodontic residency at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine.  He received his dental degree from Case Western Reserve University. What attracted Matthew to dentistry was his intrigue for the medical profession and his quest to work closely with people in efforts to improve overall health and general well-being. When it comes to endodontics, he takes pride in his personal commitment of taking efforts towards preserving the natural dentition. Matthew believes that “attempting to remove infection and salvaging teeth are very merciful and difficult aspects of dentistry.”
